OJSC ABC Corporation presents ARC lifting crane system

OJSC ABC Corporation has developed a new lifting crane system. The Russian-made Automatic Rescue Climber (ARC) will be used in construction and maintenance of wind power generator masts.


The ARC lifting crane system is fixed on the exterior surface and moves along the attached vertical rail by way of a hoisting unit. The telescopic crane boom installed on the climber can easily reach any point on the surface of the building.

 

Lifting crane system specifications:


* Crane boom lifting capacity: minimum 30 000 kg
* Power climber lifting height: 200 m
* Power climber speed: over 12 m / min
* Operational temperature range: -40 C to +40 C
* Operational wind speed: up to 25 m / sec
* Power / current / voltage / frequency / starter current: 22 kW / three-phase / 380 V / 50 Hz / 120 A
* Control type: remote control
* Precision error: less than 20 mm
* Guide: rail or mast
* Delivery & mounting / dismounting vehicle: required


The Automatic Rescue Climber has been developed in Russia; the manufacturer holds patents in the EU, Brazil, South Korea, Australia, South Africa and Israel.
